This Policy applies to personal information collected through the ISO Metrik Therapy website, public support pages, provider and clinic registration, professional account areas, online ordering and checkout, order tracking, contact forms, and related support functions.
It does not govern independent third parties that operate their own payment, shipping, hosting, analytics, communications, or other services. Those services may have separate privacy notices.

Account and contact information
We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, usernames, account credentials handled through WordPress authentication, preferred contact information, and business or professional contact details.
Provider and clinic information
Provider or clinic registration may include professional role, clinic or organization name, business contact information, location, credentials or licensing information when requested, approval status, and related account-administration records.
Order and transaction information
We may collect product selections, resistance level and band-material selections, quantities, order number, billing and shipping details, order status, transaction status, fulfillment information, and order-support communications.
Technical and usage information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, session information, security logs, cookie data, and website activity used to operate, protect, and improve the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts; review provider or clinic registrations; process orders and payments; provide shipping, tracking, replacement, and support functions; respond to inquiries; administer training and professional services; detect fraud or misuse; maintain and improve the site; send transactional messages; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Orders, Payments, WooCommerce & Stripe
The online purchasing flow uses WordPress and WooCommerce to support cart activity, orders, billing, shipping, fulfillment, and account-related order functions. When Stripe or another payment gateway is enabled, payment information is transmitted to and processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
ISO Metrik may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, transaction identifier, billing contact information, and limited payment-method information necessary to administer the order. The ISO Metrik custom provider/profile systems are not intended to store full payment-card numbers.
5. Provider and Clinic Accounts
Professional accounts are separate from ordinary public website use and may require email verification and administrative approval. ISO Metrik may use professional and business information to establish account identity, associate users with clinics, provide designated portal functions, administer purchasing permissions, and maintain account and security records.
6. Protected Health Information (PHI) & Patient Information
General website, shopping, tracking, contact, subscription, and support channels are not intended to receive patient-identifying protected health information. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, identifiable patient photographs, diagnoses linked to an identifiable person, treatment records, or similar patient-identifying health information through those channels.
If ISO Metrik later designates a specific workflow for PHI, that workflow may be subject to separate security controls, contractual terms, business associate requirements, or privacy notices. Review our HIPAA Rules page for general guidance.
8. When We May Disclose Information
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide requested services, including to hosting, security, email, cloud, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, delivery, fulfillment, professional-adviser, or other service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, regulation, or to protect rights, users, systems, or property.
ISO Metrik does not intend to sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly; where applicable, legally required choices will be honored.
9. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe or otherwise consent to marketing, we may send professional updates, research or training information, product news, or other communications. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional account, security, order, or service messages.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer accounts and orders, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain business and audit records, satisfy tax or accounting requirements, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods vary by record type and business need.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Depending on applicable law and where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

The website and professional account systems are not directed to children under 13. Account creation and purchases should be managed by an adult who is at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in the applicable jurisdiction.

ISO Metrik Solutions, Inc. is based in the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Policy as our services, technology, vendors, legal requirements, or business practices change. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
