4. Provider and Clinic Approval
Professional accounts may require email verification and administrative review before designated provider-level functions are available. Approval grants access to specified website features; it is not medical credentialing, professional licensure verification, an endorsement, or a representation concerning professional competence.
5. Products and Professional Use
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, packaging, and estimated timelines may change. ISO Metrik makes reasonable efforts to present information accurately but cannot guarantee that every image, color, measurement, price, or description will be error-free.
Device use, exercise selection, resistance progression, and clinical application should follow applicable labeling, professional training, clinician judgment, and the individual plan of care. Website product information is not individualized medical advice.
6. Resistance-Band Force and Material Selections
Replacement resistance bands may be offered in multiple force levels and material options, including Nitrile and Latex. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the selected force level, material type, quantity, and order details before checkout. If a latex allergy or sensitivity is known or suspected, a latex product should not be selected or used without appropriate professional guidance.
7. Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed amounts may change before an order is accepted. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. ISO Metrik may accept, reject, cancel, place on hold, or request additional information concerning an order because of availability, pricing errors, payment issues, technical problems, suspected fraud, or legal and compliance requirements.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment gateway. By submitting or confirming an order, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout.
8. Shopping, Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Replacements
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of processing, carrier service, weather, inventory, address issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Return, replacement, cancellation, and other resolution eligibility may vary by product, condition, order status, and order-specific instructions. The Shopping & Returns page and any product-, checkout-, or order-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms. Contact support before shipping anything back.
9. No PHI in General Website Channels
Do not submit patient-identifying protected health information through general website shopping, order tracking, contact, subscription, or support channels. These channels are not intended for patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, identifiable patient images, diagnoses tied to an identifiable person, treatment records, or similar PHI.

10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or services to violate law or professional obligations; submit false registration information; impersonate another person or organization; misrepresent credentials or authority; upload malware or unlawful content; attempt to bypass account restrictions or security controls; interfere with service operation; or use another person's account without authorization.
11. Intellectual Property
The website, ISO Metrik branding, logos, layouts, text, graphics, software, photographs, product presentations, training materials, protocols, documentation, device-related intellectual property, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to ISO Metrik Solutions, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment processing, shipping, hosting, email delivery, analytics, mapping, or social platforms. Independent third parties control their own availability, terms, and privacy practices.

ISO Metrik does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every service will meet every user's needs. ISO Metrik may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, misuse, nonpayment, prohibited content, professional-account status issues, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a legal claim, the parties should make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in an appropriate state or federal court in Georgia, subject to non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable product-, checkout-, shipping-, return-, provider-, and order-specific terms constitute the applicable agreement for the relevant service.
